Wedding Interest Form

Please fill out this form if you would like more information about our wedding policies & procedures. 

  • Off-site weddings (officiated by a Roots pastor) cost $1,040, this includes pre-marital counseling via our Prepare & Enrich program & pastor honorarium to officiate the wedding.
  • On-site weddings (officiated by a Roots pastor) cost $1,540, this includes pre-marital counseling via our Prepare & Enrich program, pastor honorarium to officiate the wedding, A/V/L team, and Event Coordinator (this is not a wedding coordinator).
  • Off-site vow renewals (officiated by a Roots pastor) cost $300, which covers the pastor honorarium to officiate the ceremony.

At this time, we are not able to host any weddings, vow renewals, or receptions on-site at Roots. If you would still like to submit this request for an off-site ceremony, after submission of this form our team will reach out with your next steps!
